Sandy Jewell was instrumental in helping us obtain funding for a new program to motivate adolescents to become involved with library resources. She listened, helped us congeal our ideas into a workable format, and wrote a seamless application to fund a new program for at-risk middle and high school students. Further, on her own initiative, she created a second, complementary, application that generated the funds to support a repository of books aimed at adolescents. We now have a successful program for youth whom we were, in the past, not reaching. Thanks, Sandy!

Ms Jewell was there for our new 501 3(c) when we needed her! We knew what we wanted to do and how to do it. She knew how to fund it. After a long, lackluster record of (not) obtaining grant funding, my organization worked with Sandra Jewell to reply to an NIH RFP. Our success startled even us!
